What type of vehicles do you repair?

We repair most vehicles, ranging from compacts to high-end vehicles. 

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Estimates are free with appointments.

How long will my estimate appointment take?

Estimates usually take 15-30 minutes, depending on vehicle damage.

How do I book an estimate? 

Estimates can be scheduled via phone call at (412) - 784 - 1292, or via email at pgh.collision@verizon.net

In your message, please include your full name, phone number, insurance company and general overview of your need. We will get back to you in a timely manner to schedule an appointment. 

What does an estimate appointment entail?

During your appointment, the damage to your vehicle will be assessed. From there, vehicle will be photographed and assessed, and a thorough estimate will be written, which you will receive a hard copy of. We will submit the estimate, photos and documentation directly to your insurance company to take the stress off of you. Once estimate is complete, the repair date and rental car service can be scheduled at your convenience.

Please bring your vehicle registration and insurance card with you to your visit. 

Do you offer towing services?

We offer flatbed towing services for collision customers only. 

What is your rental car process?

We offer limited rental cars directly through Pittsburgh Collision, and partner with Enterprise. We can schedule your rental with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the time of estimate for your convenience. If a rental car is needed, Enterprise Rent-A-Car pick you up at our shop and take you to the nearest Enterprise Rent-A-Car location for further assistance (1 mile from the shop). When your car is ready for pick up, simply leave the rental vehicle at Pittsburgh Collision and Enterprise Rent-A-Car will pick it up. 

Do you have exact paint matches for all car models?

Yes. Through our state of the art digital color matching system, we ensure the correct color usage on every vehicle. 

How long will the repair take?

Repair times vary depending on amount of damage. Our technicians will go over every detail with you to give you a good time estimate. 

When is my deductible due?

The deductible is due when vehicle repair is complete.
